Hi, I’m Katie, the farm manager over at La Dulse Vita, which means I always have dulse on hand—because you never know when you can dulseify your life.
This morning, I whipped up a simple egg scramble with fresh tomatoes and feta cheese. I was just about to dive in when a thought hit me: dulse would be so good on top of this.
